Our aim is to process and ship all orders within two business days from the time the order is placed.

 

Please note that orders placed during long weekends and public holidays may require additional processing time. 

 

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email confirmation containing the shipping and tracking details, enabling you to track your package.

All orders are shipped using Australia Post and are subject to their delivery timelines.  

 

Within Australia

For orders under $70AUD, a flat rate of $10.95 AUD is applicable for standard shipping.
Orders over $70 AUD qualify for free standard shipping. 
A flat rate of $14.95AUD is applicable for express shipping.

Express shipping: Please allow 2-3 business days for delivery

Standard shipping : Please allow 4-5 business days for delivery

Please note - orders being delivered to regional areas of Australia, Western Australia, and non-metropolitan locations may require more time for delivery.

Christmas is a busy time for Decadent Australia and our shipping partner, Australia Post. If you need your orders to arrive before Christmas, we suggest to place all standard orders before 16th December and all express orders before 20th December
